Answers to common questions

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is not included as we are a self-catering holiday accommodation (not a bed and breakfast). This means that you will need to bring your own provisions.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is around 15:30 and before 17:30 while check-out is before 10:00. Do not hesitate to tell us any particular requirements in terms of arrivals / departures we will certainly take into account.

Do I need a car to get to Trulli la Zisa and visit Apulia?

We recommend you to rent a car not only to get to Trulli la Zisa but also to visit the main tourist destinations and beaches in Apulia. Public transport is not always reliable and your trip can be subjected to unexpected deleys and cancellations.

How far is Trulli La Zisa from the airport?

The Salento Airport in Brindisi is the closest airport to Trulli La Zisa and it is 55 km far (40 minutes driving). The Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla is 78 Km far (1 hour driving).

Can I bring a dog? Are there rules to be respected?

Pets are welcome upon prior request at the time of booking and evaluation by Trulli La Zisa staff. In the case of acceptance it is required that: – Dogs are kept under control by their masters during the stay, both in indoor and outdoor spaces. – Excretions are removed and internal / external spaces are kept clean.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

By booking online through our website, you send us a booking request. We verify the availability of the apartment choosen and get back to you with a deposit request within 12 hours. You will receive a booking confirmation when a 30% deposit payment has been made.

Payments Terms

In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the invoice is required and the remaining sum at check-in at our facility. We accept cash payments and bank transfer.

What can I expect as a standard inclusion of my self-catering accommodation?

Every apartment is equipped with bedding and pillows, towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

How are the stays handled?

The stays are weekly and range from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods (June to September)
It is possible to make shorter stays in non-summer periods and also in other periods prior to availability under date.
If you are interested in a weekend or other event, please contact us by mail and we will be happy to answer you.

Are there any additional charges for my stay?

Additional expenses to your stay can be:

The request for air conditioning
The presence of the dog because then we have to make everything sanitize.
The tourist tax (per person per day) that is mandatory as imposed by the Municipality of Fasano and that we are required to receive per guest.
